Agreement

By accessing or using AppScreenPro(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users, including free and Pro customers.

Description of the Service

AppScreenPro is a browser-based tool for creating App Store screenshot decks. The Studio runs primarily in your browser. Your project content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export files.

Free and Pro plans

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Free users can access core Studio features without an account. Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks additional features as described on our pricing and upgrade pages at the time of purchase. Signing in also enables a 48-hour free Pro trial so you can evaluate Pro features before checkout.

Feature availability in each tier may evolve as we improve the product. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid plan inclusions. Lifetime Pro access refers to the life of the Service product, not perpetual obligation to operate the Service indefinitely.

Accounts

You may use the free Studio without creating an account. An account is required to purchase Pro and to associate your plan status with your identity. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address on your account and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when signing in or purchasing. You must not impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Payments and billing

Pro purchases are sold through Kelviq, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you buy Pro, your contract for payment and tax is with Kelviq subject to Kelviq's buyer terms, in addition to these terms governing your use of AppScreenPro.

Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Kelviq processes payments via Stripe. Your statement may show Kelviq as the merchant. After a successful purchase, Pro access is activated on your AppScreenPro account.

You can use the 48-hour free Pro trial before purchasing. Pro purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Your content and responsibilities

You may use the Service to create screenshot assets for your own apps and client work. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload, including screenshots, logos, and brand assets. You must comply with Apple App Store guidelines and all applicable laws when publishing store listings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Create misleading, deceptive, or non-compliant App Store marketing materials
• Attempt to bypass Pro access controls, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation
• Share account credentials or resell Pro access without authorization
• Use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate access for violations that threaten platform safety, payment integrity, or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of content you upload and export. AppScreenProowns the Service, including its software, templates, UI, device frame assets, and branding. Purchasing Pro grants you a license to use Pro features and included templates for your own commercial and personal projects. It does not transfer ownership of AppScreenPro's proprietary assets.

Local storage and data loss

Because projects are stored in your browser, we cannot recover work lost due to cleared browser data, device failure, or browser incompatibility. Export your decks regularly. Pro plan status is stored on your account separately and is not lost when local project data is cleared.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that exports will be accepted by any app store review process.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppScreenPro and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro access in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you have not paid for Pro.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Pro access may be revoked if a payment is reversed or disputed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
